Man-Made Process Model Answer

A man-made process is the type of process that is manufactured by humans.

Take a look at the task below and the possible answers.

The given processes illustrate the making of cement which is used to produce concrete.

The first process represents the production of cement which starts with grinding limestone and clay. The produced powder is then added to a mixer before entering a rotating heater. The product of this stage goes through a grinder which produces the cement. The cement is packed into large carton bags before moving to the next stage.

The process of concrete production begins with the final product of the last stage mixed with water, sand and gravel. The cement and water represent 15%, 10% respectively of the mix while sand and gravel, small stones, are used in big amounts, reaching 25% and 50% of the make of concrete. The mix is added into a concrete mixer which rotates till the final product is completed.

Overall, cement production’s output is the main component of concrete production, with water, sand and small stones added to the early stages of the process of making concrete.
